Duct Cleaning Procedure & Equipment
There are a few different ways to clean ducts, but they are
NOT all equal!!!

The first and most unaffective method to cleaning duct work is with
a truck mounted carpet cleaning vacuum.  Don't be fooled by the
"$89.00 Duct Cleaner".  There are multiple large companies and
carpet cleaners that offer duct cleaning for under $100, but please
don't be fooled, I have seen too many people pay for 2 cleanings!!!

Theses companies will simply hook up there truck mounted carpet
cleaning vacuum to your Air Handler and run the vacuum for a
while, let me assure you, this does nothing to clean your ducts and
vents. There vacuums are good for what there made for, but when
cleaning duct work you need high CFM air movement as well as
contaminant agitation. Our machines can move 6000+ CFM or air
through a 12" hose, carpet cleaning trucks have small 1-1/2" hoses
and 350 cfm vacs..

Next is the Rotey-Brush method which while it is better than just
connecting a vacuum to your duct work it is still very limited.
This method uses a vacuum with a brush on the end of it, that is
shoved into your duct work and vacuums at the brush. This method
will clean some secondary duct lines, but ends up pushing debris
into your larger trunk lines and simply doesnt have the vacuum
power to clean your main trunk lines...

Now for what we use--
I have large negative air  vacuum systems that pull 6000+ CFM of
air through your system as we brush your ducts with our high RPM
rotating shaft driven brush while simultaneously, forcing
compressed air behind the brush to ensure all the dust and debris
loosened by our brush gets back to our negative air vacuum. This
is all monitored by an LED lit high def color camera system being
watched by our technician, as he navigates through your duct
work.  At the end of the brushing stage we do a thorough visual
inspection of your interior ducts for colored mold and left behind
debris {Which you are more than welcome to supervise}. And after
you are satisfied the system will be restored to its original
configuration and then treated to our Microbial fogging treatment...

Keep in mind our interior Negative Air Machines have 4 stage
HEPA filtration {Real HEPA filters 24"X24" and 10 inches thick!!!},
our exterior gas driven vacuums will collect all debris removed from
your ducts into our large filter bags, and our brushing system is
variable speed with multiple types of brushes and agitators to
ensure we have the rite tool for your ducts...

We can also use a large compressor to whip the air out of your
ducts if there are areas we can not use our shaft drives...
So to recap our equipment is made specifically to clean and sanitise DUCT WORK.
And because we do commercial ducts as well as residential properties, it is going to
do a superior job compared to any other companies out there...
